An OG account should have a long, visible history, not just an old-sounding title. Check the profile and years-played badge to confirm its age. Early emotes, retired tower skins and badges from past seasons may raise its value, especially when the seller provides clear proof.

A maxed account should have the highest King Tower level and all or almost all cards at the current top level. Compare the claim with the collection sorted by level. If the card counts or screenshot are missing, ask the seller before paying.

We hold your payment until you receive and check the account, with 14-day recovery coverage for eligible orders. Pay igitems through a major credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency, Binance, Revolut or another method shown at checkout. An off-site deal is often a “pay first and trust me” exchange. There may be no held payment, formal order record or reviewable chat if something goes wrong.

Keep payment and messages on igitems. If a seller asks you to move the deal, pay privately or continue in another app, stop the transaction.

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported methods and get eligible logins within the delivery time shown. Each listing shows its own delivery window. Some eligible accounts are available for instant delivery. If the seller misses the stated window without delivering, open a dispute from the order page to request cancellation and a full refund.

Ask for more screenshots if a feature is not visible. Confirm the Supercell ID status and which login methods are linked. Keep every answer on-site so it remains part of the order record.

Start by logging in with the delivered credentials. Move the Supercell ID to an email address only you control, or create one if the handover allows it. Check for other recovery emails, phone numbers and linked sign-ins. Every account is sold with full email access. Full email access is what lets you change the credentials and remove the seller’s access. Confirm the order only after the account details match and all included recovery routes are under your control.
